Seagars provides independent property valuation and consultancy services across various property sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, rural, land development, leisure assets, specialist assets, and litigation/arbitration services.

All valuations are conducted by registered valuers in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements in New Zealand.

3. Professional Standards

Our valuers are registered with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV) and conduct all valuations in accordance with the International Valuation Standards and relevant New Zealand legislation.

4. Valuation Reports

Valuation reports are prepared for the specific purpose stated in the engagement letter. Reports should not be used for any other purpose without our prior written consent. Valuations are based on information available at the time of inspection and reporting.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable care in preparing valuations, our liability is limited to the terms set out in the engagement letter for each specific valuation. We do not accept liability for decisions made based on our reports without independent verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and reports, is the property of Seagars and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
